Hey, so grateful you’re here!
I’m Natashja, the Founder of Peace Be Still Holistic Health, LLC
I describe my private practice as a confidential, sacred, and collaborative space where you can feel safe and supported. I truly believe, you already have the strength and insight within you to create the change you're seeking. My role isn't to give advice or pass judgment, but to walk alongside you, helping you tap into your inner wisdom and confidence so you can align with your true self.
I’m dedicated to being by your side as you navigate a path that blends personal growth, learning, and professional purpose. Together, we’ll work towards finding greater peace, self-awareness, and success—whatever that looks like for you. In this space, we celebrate diversity and inclusivity. You matter, your experiences are valid, and your healing journey is honored.
Let’s embrace stillness to discover your peace. We got this!
How Do I Get Started?
Fill out the contact form — no perfect words needed. Share whatever feels comfortable. This is the first step to connect and let me know you’re interested.
1. Send Me a Message
I’ll reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation, by phone or secure video. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we talk through what you’re looking for, answer questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
2. A Quick Vibe Check
If we decide to move forward, I’ll invite you to a secure client portal where you can complete intake forms and assessments, verify your insurance benefits or private-pay details, and add a payment method. This allows us to begin our work together with clarity and intention.
3. Getting You Set Up
Our first session is an intake—a place to pause and begin naming what you’ve been holding and what you want more of. From there, we’ll choose together how to meet, whether online or on my couch. Ongoing sessions tend to be weekly or biweekly, offering consistent, supportive care that respects your whole self and moves at a pace that feels steady and supportive.
4. Support that Honors All of You
“And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea,
Peace, be still.
And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” - Mark 4:39
